So hung over....

Scalpel sighed " okay, okay.. but only five!" and then passed out.

And then Scalpel sleeps. Probably longer than five minutes.

He wakes up a hour later "chisel?"

Scalpel picked up the sleepy hedge beast and placed her in his pocket. "Come on, we're going out cutie!" he said as he cleaned himself up a bit and left the hotel room.

(( So.... I'm gonna go to some random place now lol.))

((i was thinking that you'd take the long pause to mean that chisel was no longer there so that's what i was planning for. if you'd rather go a random place though, you may also do that.))

Scalpel looked around his room, but couldn't find her "Chisel? Chisel!?" he said more loudly as he began to hyperventilate "Chisel this isn't funny!" he said as he looked under pillows, in the the cupboards, under the bed.. anywhere he could.

She does not appear to be in the room.

((The unfortunate thing about this path is that it means you can only progress so far because Greg is slow at responding.))

He then got what few things he had and burst out the room "Chisel where are you!?"

He does not see any hedge beast rats in the hallway but there is a little old lady who gasps "oh my!" as he bursts out.

((Just get on his case to check more often?))

Scalpel skidded to a stop and looked at the old woman "my apologies, I'm looking for a friend..."

(( yeah..))

The old lady seems to have gone into a mild hyperventilating fit. She just keeps saying oh my over and over again. She tries to shuffle with her walker down the hallway. She moves very slowly....

Scalpel is concerned by this and walks beside her "Ma'am, do you need assistance? You don't seem well..." and he rolls medicine to do a precursory analysis on the woman based on what he sees at the moment.

Based on what he sees at the moment, it is pretty safe to say that she is just startled. It is possible that she is just naturally anxious to begin with.

The old woman is still muttering half coherent things. She reaches her door and starts fumbling with her key card.

Scalpel slowly walks to her in a non-threatening manner "Ma'am, would you like some help?"

"No, no, no, I'm quite alright..." She manages to get the sore open and slips inside her room, shutting the door quickly.

Scalpel was skeptical, but nodded "Alright, you take care ma'am" he said as he turned around and walked down the hall.

Scalpel walks down the hall. Supposedly in a direction if one were to guess.

And walks to dining place lol

Does Scalpel take the stairs or the elevator?

He takes the stairs, as he doesn't trust boxes lol

Alright, Scalpel takes the stairs. It turns out he is on the third floor of this strange, but beautiful building. A building that is, quite obviously at this point, a hotel.

Scalpel was taken aback for a moment, but then a sense panic washed over him "W-what the hell..? I-I got to get out of here!!" he said softly as he sped walked down the rest of the stairs
